I called on Sunday and they said they could come out on Monday. Monday morning Patrick and Ryan came out and installed my new bathroom faucet, fixed the shower neck I’d improperly installed, rebuilt my shower valve, and replaced my laundry shut offs all in about an hour. They were so kind, especially considering that I caused most of these problems myself by attempting to DIY them. The price seemed reasonable, especially considering that I had spent 4 days and innumerable trips to Home Depot without being able to address the problems. At this point I am happy to retire from plumbing and call Elie’s instead. I think there is a good reason they have so many excellent reviews!!

We needed a new hot water tank and the pipes under our kitchen sink replaced. Steven and Julian were great! They got the work done fast - very professional and friendly! Everything installed perfectly. Highly recommend!

Patrick was fantastic.. got the ‘ issues ‘ repaired / resolved quickly. Patrick is, friendly, patient and very experienced working in a beautiful but ‘elderly’ ( 1930 ) CLE Hts home. Patrick left the bathrooms spotless and carted the debris away. He will be back to replace the Powder Room toilet. Isaac and Tony were amazing. They explained the entire process, provided tips, and cleaned up immaculately. This is the third time we’ve had Elle’s come out for various projects, and everyone has been great, but Isaac and Tony were by far the best we’ve interacted with. My only critique is that communicating with the office can be a bit challenging. There are times they haven’t been able to find our record, which is a bit concerning - but otherwise, we are extremely happy with the work and experience.

Had a sewer back up from an old clay drain pipe that rotted and broke off in a couple areas under the basement foundation, plus it had lots of tree roots. Also had a couple leaking pipes from the bathroom sink below the flooring, that they had to access from the garage ceiling. Called Avi from, Elie’s plumbing, and he sent his team out over a couple days; (Steven, Mandel, Al, Francisco and Mr. Elie) They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way. I highly recommend his guys. In the end, I opted to have them re-routing my drain pipe into another soil stack. They did a great job without having to knock out too many bricks from the walls as luckily for me I had another half bath close by so they tapped into that stack as pictured below. Simultaneously, they worked on repairing the lines from the bathroom sinks via the ceiling as pictured below.

Elie's Plumbing was contacted by Home Serve on my behalf to assess my hot water tank. They had a new tank installed in less than 24 hours, were polite, tidy, and personable. Highly recommend

The workers were courteous, kind, and informative. They were in a timely matter. Kitchen faucet and pipes were replaced but I have a serious complaint about water drip from the kitchen pipe which needs repairing before damage is experienced. The work looks good but when I use the water, I can hear the drips. Please someone to repair the leaks as soon as possible.

The gentlemen came out and were respectful and conscientious. We wanted a different faucet head than the one they carry (for aesthetic reasons) and they made sure to pick one up for us. They replaced the faucet and pipe so it doesn’t continue to give us problems in a very timely manner. I was surprised how quick the job went. We were very happy with the service and intend to use them again!
